All orders ship from our studio in Baesweiler, Germany, usually within 1–2 business days. We ship worldwide with DHL — and the good news is, shipping is always free.

Germany DHL Standard — Free 2–4 business days

Europe DHL Standard — Free 2–10 business days. We cover customs fees for orders to countries outside the EU within Europe.

Rest of the World DHL Standard — Free 7–14 business days Please note that local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

A few good-to-knows

Orders are processed Monday to Friday during German business hours, excluding German public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a DHL tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door or local drop-off point.

Please double-check your delivery address when ordering — we can't take responsibility for packages that go astray due to incorrect information.
