Returns We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, returning it is easy — no emails needed, no hoops to jump through. Return Period You have 14 days from delivery to return your item. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. EU customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order under EU consumer protection law, no reason needed. How to Return The easiest way is through your account. Log in at heyrosie.store, find your order, select the items you want to return, and tell us why. We'll review your request and send you a prepaid return label by email within 2 business days. Need help? Just email us at hello@heyrosie.store. Bought from a Retailer? Items purchased from one of our retail partners need to be returned directly to the store where you bought them. Each retailer has their own return policy — please contact them directly for help. Return Cost A €8 return fee is deducted from your refund to cover return shipping. No fee is charged if we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged. Refunds Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Timing may vary slightly depending on your payment provider. Rücksendungen

Wir möchten, dass du deine Bestellung liebst. Wenn etwas nicht passt, kannst du es ganz einfach zurückgeben — ohne E-Mails, ohne Aufwand.

Rückgabefrist
Du hast 14 Tage ab Lieferung Zeit, deine Artikel zurückzusenden. Die Artikel müssen unbenutzt sein und sich im Originalzustand sowie in der Originalverpackung befinden.

Kund:innen in der EU haben gemäß EU-Verbraucherschutzrecht das Recht, ihren Kauf innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Bestellung ohne Angabe von Gründen zu widerrufen.

So funktioniert die Rücksendung
Am einfachsten geht es über dein Kundenkonto. Logge dich auf heyrosie.store ein, finde deine Bestellung, wähle die Artikel aus, die du zurückgeben möchtest, und teile uns den Grund mit. Wir prüfen deine Anfrage und senden dir innerhalb von 2 Werktagen ein vorfrankiertes Rücksendeetikett per E-Mail zu.

Im Einzelhandel gekauft?
Artikel, die bei einem unserer Handelspartner gekauft wurden, müssen direkt im jeweiligen Geschäft zurückgegeben werden. Jeder Händler hat eigene Rückgabebedingungen — bitte kontaktiere den jeweiligen Anbieter direkt.

Rücksendekosten
Für die Rücksendung wird eine Gebühr von 8 € von deiner Rückerstattung abgezogen, um die Versandkosten zu decken. Es fallen keine Kosten an, wenn wir einen Fehler gemacht haben oder der Artikel beschädigt angekommen ist.

Rückerstattungen
Sobald wir deine Rücksendung erhalten haben, wird deine Rückerstattung innerhalb von 5–10 Werktagen über die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode abgewickelt. Je nach Zahlungsanbieter kann es zu leichten Verzögerungen kommen.
